Pure titanium round bar is divided into Gr1, Gr2，Gr3 and Gr4 according to its impurity contents.

Gr2 titanium round bar is commonly used in many industry fields because of its moderate corrosion resistance and comprehensive mechanical properties.

The characteristics of Gr2 titanium round bar are: high specific strength, good plasticity, easy for processing, forming, stamping, welding and good machine-ability; It has good corrosion resistance in atmosphere, seawater, wet chlorine and oxidizing, neutral and weak reducing media, and its oxidation resistance is better than most austenitic stainless steels; but However, the heat resistance is poor and the service temperature should not be too high.
