High speed double edging machine for glass production line consists of loading table, auto measuring table, 1# double edger, auto transfer table, 2# double edger, washing machine and unloading table.

 

 

 

Base and main structure of glass double edging machine processed by annealing and aging treatment, then five sides are processed by CNC processing center at one time for high accuracy. The linear accuracy is within 0.02MM, perpendicular and parallel accuracy within 0.03MM

 

 

50MM Big Screw Rod & Linear Guide Rail Glass Double Edging Machine

Ball screw rod structure adopts TAIWAN TBI 5050 large pitch screw, TAIWAN 45 linear guide rail, additional 1.5KW brake servo, the size changing speed up to 15M/Min. Accurate repositioning, when processing big size glass, capable of efficiently locking the flexible side body to make sure it won’t slide away.
